Hosting the web domains on internet or the domain provided for their hosting is called the “hosting domain” or “web domain.” Türk Telekom presents appropriate web domain hosting package options in accordance with the information it includes for the web sites, and the size of visual and audio materials.
The installation is provided on condition that it is compatible with the system, after making the surveys necessary within 7 (seven) days following the application. When compared with the capacity, the whole installation price is collected in cash. In the event of cancelling the demand, no installation price shall be returned.
Upon the customer’s demand of SQL for his/her Web site, the price designated in its tariff is collected in addition to the installation price.
The prices designated in their tariff are collected in cash in accordance with their capacities.
The subscription is valid for 1 (one) year period beginning from the signing date, taking the start of service date into account.
Capacity change demands are accepted and implemented within 7 (seven) days. If the new capacity is higher, according to the new capacity, the price corresponding to the remaining time from the date of change is collected in cash. If the new capacity is lower, no price returns are made.
No assignment demands are accepted. Assignments due to inheritance are implemented for free.
Demands for changing the title concerning the Web Domain Hosting service are accepted and implemented for free.
The customers will get their own devices, which they shall use on their party on their own. It is a precondition that these devices must have a technical compatibility to the substructure of Turk Telekom Web Domain Hosting Service.
In the event that the subscribers of Web Domain Hosting demand cancellations for their subscription, their agreements are terminated within 7 (seven) days. No price return is done.
In the event that the subscriber reports a breakdown record and makes a return claim, the return shall be established when an agreement is reached in the Turk Telekom registries.
No charge returns are done for the cuts, which can occur under 3 hours continiously in a day, or in which there is no registry of Turk Telekom or agreement.
Return of charges are done by estimating each hour of the cuts with the calculation of 1 month, 30 days and 1 day 24 hours, no return of charges are done in hour sections that are not equal to a complete hour.
18% Value-Added Tax (VAT) is included in the prices given in the table.

If the user demands a SQL data base for his/her site, a fee of 10,65 TL shall be collected in addition to the connection price.
