ADVANCE PAYMENT:

  • ¼ of the connection fee is collected from the ones who want to be free-of-charge call telephone subscriber to be appropriated to the connection fee during their first application. ¾ of the of that day’s connection fee is collected during the agreement. (No advance payment is received for access number.)
  • No advance payment is received in case that the request is met immediately or from Governmental Agencies.

For the Contact Number;

Connection
  • For Contact Number, connection fee is received in advance for each line and trunk.
  • Digital trunk contacts are done as 30 and its multiples over 2 Mbit/sec ports, and 30 times of the trunk connection fee is received for every port.
  • Connection fee difference is received for conversion of an existing telephone to a free-of-charge call telephone.
  • No fee return is made for conversion of free of charge call telephone to a regular telephone.
  • Free of charge call telephones, which obtained number from different exchange, is subject to far distance operation and fee as the case may be, as it is for the regular telephones.
Monthly Fee
  • Monthly fee is collected with bill from the ones, who subscribed within the month, as of the date of connection rated as 1 month 30 days.
Call Fees
  • In-city minute fee on StandardLINE tariff is performed for incoming calls.
  • StandardLINE tariff is applied to 800 lines that are open to outgoing calls.
For Access Number
  • Access number fee is received in advance.
  • In case that the last three or four digits are the same four times of the access fee,
    (i.e. 800 0111, 800 11 11 etc.)
  • In case that they are same two by two, three times of the access fee,
    (i.e. 8001133, 8000202 etc.)
  • In case that the numbers are selected by the customer, two times of the access fee,
  • In case that it is given casually, the access fee,
    Is received.
  • At the requests of number change, in case there are connection fee difference between the category of the former number and the category of the new number, the difference is received as number change fee.
  • In case that the fee at the category of the new number is same or lower, then regular number change fee is received as regular telephone.

ISSUING OF FREE OF CHARGE CALL TELEPHONE OVER ISDN

Connection Fee

In case it is issued over BA, connection fee of 800 lines are received.
In case it is issued over PA, 30 times of the connection fee of 800 lines is received in advance.

Access Number fee

Access Number fee is received in advance.

Monthly Fee:
  • It is applied according to ISDN tariff pack.
  • From the requests of usage of existing lines (PSTN or ISDN) as 800 numbers, connection fee difference is received depending on the 800 number.
  • No fee return is done for the requests of conversion of the lines that are used as 800 lines (PSTN or ISDN) to regular telephone line (PSTN or ISDN).
  • On the ISDN PA lines operating under 800 numbers, tariff is applied according to ISDN PA pack.
  • ISDN tariff legislation is applied for other matters.
  • Call fee of all calls directed to free of charge call telephones are recorded and accrued to free of charge call telephone.
  • All calls directed to 800 free of charge call telephones from NMT network are charged according to credit spending period which is stated in its own tariff.
TRANSFER

In-city and Inter-city transfer requests of free of charge call telephones are accepted and the transfer fee is collected via invoice. In the transfer requests within the same province, the 800 number is not changed.

ABANDONMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION

In case of abandonment of subscription, monthly fees belonging to unused period is returned rated to 1 month 30 day.

ASSIGNMENT

Terms of assignment are as they are for PSTN and ISDN.
