CODE OF PRACTICE
Depending on the fixed fee and/or call time, it is accrued on the rate of monthly fees as of the completion date of centrex installation.
- The phone lines of our Centrex customers are charged according to the rates of the phone tariff for the external calls (another Centrex group, local & toll calls, international calls).
- No call fee is taken for the calls between the lines of the same customer in the Centrex service.
ADVANCE:
- Those who want to subscribe are charged 1/4 of the connection fee in advance to be appropriated as the connection fee in their applications. ¾ of the connection fee of that day is obtained during the agreement.
- This fee is not obtained from the governmental agencies and those whose appropriation is possible during application.
RETURNING THE LINES:
No free or paid returns possible. However, the subscriber can cancel his subscription, in that case, the monthly fee of the unused period is returned by calculating the number of days.
TRANSFER:
Transfers are possible only if the Centrex service is available at the requested address.
CHANGING THE NUMBER:
The number can be changed in accordance with the tariff of number change requests and Centrex numbering plan.
TITLE CHANGE:
Individual demands are accepted. The fee is obtained by multiplying the number of users and the fee of their tariffs for individual or mass changes.
CLOSURE:
- Closure fee is obtained according to the tariff of the customer whether he requested it to be closed or it is closed by Turk Telekom for the unpaid debt.
- The lines closed to communication continue to be charged the monthly centrex fee for the period it remains closed.
- In the event that the accrued fees are not paid within the given time, the delay fee is obtained in accordance with the applicable law and the tariff rules.
TRANSFER:
Transfer and transfer by inheritance; individual users can not be transferred, but all users can be transferred and the transfer fee per line is obtained by multiplying the number of total subscribers.
SHORT TERM SUBSCRIPTION:
Short term subscription requests will not be accepted. The fees applied to the permanent subscriptions are taken.
PARALLEL TELEPHONE:
- Parallel connection and transfers of the Centrex Phone lines will be made by the subscriber.
- In the event that an extra line is used in the parallel connection of the Centrex phone lines, extra line fee is obtained like in the extra line requests. No additional parallel connection fee is taken.
