• You can access the service by dialing 11811 at any hour of the day from all home and work telephones and GSM telephones.
• You can reach the number of the subscriber, the number of whom you want to learn, by indicating the name, address information and city.
• The registries of our customers, who do not want their information to be published in 11811 and in the directory, are not located in this service.

• The White Pages section can be used for accessing the information of our customers, whose telephones are registered as home subscriber.
• The Yellow Pages section can be used for accessing the telephones or addresses of our customers, who are registered on behalf of their occupation or foundation.
• Two search options are presented as simple and advanced in White and Yellow Pages. Use the advanced search option if you have detailed information about the concerning search, such as the avenue, street, etc. Choose the concerning service type or area code from the province menu in all the searches. It is also obliged to enter the company name section for the Yellow Pages.
• You can also make searches by entering district and occupation categories such as “Flower shops in Ulus”.
