1. An existing TT PSTN subscription is essential for making use of Turk Telekom’s Bulk SMS service.
2. Pricing shall be based on the tariff group that corresponds to number of successfully-delivered SMS messages sent out by the user in a given month (GSM+PSTN).
3. Bulked SMS charges will be billed in telephone bill for land-line designated by the user.
4. Invoicing shall be on monthly basis and shall be as per in Turk Telekom’s invoicing periods.
5. In the event where PSTN line designated by the customer is disconnected due to outstanding debt, customer will no longer be entitled to BULK SMS service.
6. In the event where customer cancels their PSTN line, customer will no longer be entitled to BULK SMS service.

1. Customer makes a commitment of quantities of SMS messages that shall be sent out in a given year. Billing shall be on monthly basis and pricing shall be based on the tariff group that corresponds to number of successfully-delivered SMS messages sent out by the user in a given month (GSM+PSTN).
2. In the event where customer has not met by the end of 12th month the quantities of SMS messages that customer committed earlier, quantities of SMS messages that were actually sent out by the customer shall be deducted from quantities committed by the customer and balance shall be billed to customer on basis of the tariff as applicable for the commitment. In the event where customer exceeds quantities committed, excess quantities shall also be billed to customer on basis of the tariff as applicable for the commitment. SMS messages sent out by the customer in 1st month shall be billed at the unit rate specified in the tariff committed by the customer. SMS messages sent out by the customer in 2nd month shall be billed at the unit rate specified in the tariff committed by the customer and SMS messages sent in 12th month shall also be billed likewise. If any outstanding/unused SMS messages remain in the package by the end of 12th month, those unused SMS messages shall also be billed to customer at unit rate specified in tariff committed by the customer. In the event where customer exceeds quantities committed in their tariff at anytime during 12-month period, quantities in excess shall be billed at the unit rate specified in tariff committed by the customer.
3. Bulked SMS charges will be billed in telephone bill for land-line designated by the user.
4. Bulk SMS costs shall be calculated on basis of the quantities of SMS messages (GSM+PSTN) successfully sent in a given month and tariff committed by the customer and billing shall be in customer’s land-line telephone bill.
5. Invoicing shall be on monthly basis and shall be as per in Turk Telekom’s invoicing periods.
6. In the event where PSTN line designated by the customer is disconnected due to outstanding debt, customer will no longer be entitled to BULK SMS service.
7. In the event where customer cancels their PSTN line, customer will no longer be entitled BULK SMS service. However, in the event where customer cancels commitment and/or subscription contract on righteous grounds, SMS messages sent out successfully by the customer thus far shall be billed on basis of “Bulk SMS Non-Commitment Tariff” and unused SMS messages remaining shall not be billed.
