Description
Standard support pack is a service to be provided to our customers who buy one or more of TTVM products and services. Support services available within the said service will be able to be managed at customer’s place by technicians contacted through Corporate Customer line.
Properties
Customers will be able to unlimitedly use service pack they purchase for 1 month.
Services under standard support pack will only be provided to customers who purchase the said service. Customers utilizing multiple TTVM services can benefit from the scope for any of their services and subscriptions at their discretion.
Service scope
- Pressing a button or turning a key
- Restarting, or turning off or on a device
- Reading product information
- Providing visual verification while performing remote troubleshoot for the customer
- Providing the customer with information about indicators on equipment
- Providing cabling service such as displacement and termination
- Providing label adding, removal and verification operations
- Removal and assembly of external memory media such as tapes, CDs, DVDs, Discs
- Cable signal testing
- Displacement in same cabinet or corridor
