There is no need to apply any change in infrastructure for utilizing TT VPN. You can connect to TT VPN with any type of access. Access to MPLS network of Türk Telekom is provided by ATM, Frame Relay, Metro Ethernet, G. SHDSL and ADSL. Offices in different points may have different connections. Türk Telekom provides different speeds according to the technology and cable type the subscriber uses.
TT VPN service is provided between the speeds of 128 Kbps and 1 Gbps, due to the preferences and infrastructure limitations of the subscriber.

TT VPN supplies flexibility, speed and continuity in your business with PoP points that are present in every province, being at least one in each. Thus, you can make connection between your offices all around Turkey. You are not limited to use the same package in each of your offices. TT VPN user may choose any package according to the need of their offices, without any package limitation, as long as their connection types are convenient.

TT VPN aims to increase the business efficiency of its users with special packages that are prepared in order to be in accordance with the preference and needs of the users. TT VPN presents 6 different service classes that will provide simplicity in the classification of the applications according to their importance by the customers. 6 different service classes that are provided by Türk Telekom on MPLS network for TT VPN service are as follows:
Real time data: Traffic type that includes real time applications
Critical Data (4 CoS): Applications that are important for users about their business (Oracle, ERP, SAP, CRM, accountancy records, databases, stock records etc...)
Standard Data: Traffic type that does not bear and critical importance. (internet, mail, etc...)
Türk Telekom formed 4 different service packages with the titles PLATINIUM, GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE, in which it presents different rates for different banwidths.
PLATINIUM: In this package, more bandwidth is spared for real time applications.
GOLDEN: In this package, more bandwidth is spared to critical data that is sensitive to delays and is important for subscribers.
SILVER: In this package, equal bandwidth is spared for the transfer of standard data which has no urgency, and critical data that is sensitive to delays and is important for subscribers.
BRONZE: This package does not include any privilege for any application but it is suitable for traffic with real time and which is not very important (e-mail, file transfers etc.), according to the bandwidth.

Türk Telekom uses MPLS technology within the network in order to provide safety for the information of the subscriber by isolating the packages and protects the network of the subscriber against the attacks that may externally come. Türk Telekom’s MPLS network is always kept being monitored and the management of the network is supplied. Türk Telekom also presents CPE service for Metro Ethernet connection. In case CPE service is utilized, Türk Telekom will provide the installation, maintenance and repair methods of the device.
Thanks to back up service of Türk Telekom which is provided within the framework of TT VPN service, your network information is always kept being backed up. Thus, loss of information in case of a catastrophe is avoided.
Türk Telekom provides the privilege of technical service to subscribers that use TT VPN service countrywide. The traffic of TT VPN subscribers is monitored by Türk Telekom and necessary precautions are taken and technical interference is carried out.
TT VPN subscribers can have technical support 24/7 by calling Call Center with the number 444 4 564. Network Operation Center (NOC) also provides 24/7 technical support to TT VPN subscribers.
Local Access Backup from Same Exchange: It is the service that allows the backup of the local access of the Main Connection, which connects the end points with the VPN cloud in the TT VPN service and has an access type of Metro Ethernet, from the exchange, to which the Main Connection connects through F/O cables or Radio Link (R/L) equipment following a different route than the one followed by the Main Connection. In cases where a failure occurs in local accesses of the Main Connection, the data traffic is automatically transferred to a backup connection, and hence no outage occurs.
Local Access Backup from Different Exchange: It is the service that allows the backup of the local access of the Main Connection, which connects the end points with the VPN cloud in the TT VPN service and has an access type of Metro Ethernet, as well as the systems that Turk Telekom use to connect the Main Connection from a different exchange containing the respective systems through F/O cables or Radio Link (R/L) equipment. In cases where a failure occurs in local accesses of the Main Connection or in the systems used by Turk Telekom to connect the Main Connection, the data traffic is automatically transferred to a backup connection, and hence no outage occurs.
Disaster Recovery service, which is a part of Work Continuity processes, contains processes of continuing to use all infrastructure in a different location when customer center becomes completely unusable.
