TELEX
It is the telecommunication service in written form that the subscribers make with the subscribers in the country or abroad by means of telephone network, telex exchanges and telegram channels and telex devices. It is an international phrase which is originated from combination of the first syllables of English words “Teleprinter Exchange”.
TELETEX
It is the operation of sending prepared message to telex and teletex subscribers in the country and abroad over teletex network. These texts are prepared earlier with teletex machines with displays, they can be stored, corrections and arrangements can be done and they are programmed and transmitted at the desired time.
Properties
- Telex and Teletex are used by the customer themselves and the subscription agreement is signed under this condition.
- The communication of the Telex and Teletex customers, who are caught on transmitting another person's data, is cut for a month temporarily. A written warning is sent to the customer. Should the misuse continue, the agreement of Telex and Teletex is cancelled.
