For the service provided to our customers to be carried on without interruptions, copper lines need to be regularly taken to maintenance. Also, the fixed fee includes the annual amortization for the switchboard allocated to a specific subscriber to speak on phone and for the parts corresponding to the circuit allocated to this specific subscriber. Fixed fee is charged in exchange of providing the subscriber to be able to speak without any interruptions and keeping the system in an operating state.

Our Türk Telekom home telephone subscribers may use wirofon service by activating it through the home telephone line belonging to them. Our customers, who are Wirofon subscribers, may define new users or cancel users on online customer services portal if they gave signed a contracted before. Call fees resulting from the service usage of all the users are reflected to the home telephone number invoice defined for wirofon.
