As a result of the decision of the Information Technologies and Communicatons authorities dated at 16.12.2009 and numbered 2009/DK-050/650, it was published under the condition,that we preserve our rights to claim against this "Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. Reference Interconnection Offer", which does not reflect the free will of the company Türk Telekom and which shall be as a warranty to avert any kinds of criminal and executive fines, issued by the authorities.
