Interconnection Charges Discount Campaign

With the Board Decision dated 21.12.2011 and numbered 2011/DK-07/657;
With the letter of Türk Telekomünasyon A.Ş. (Türk Telecom) dated 02.12.2011 and numbered 2739, forwarded  to our association, the offer for the extension of the  Interconnection Charges Discount Campaign for the Fixed Telephone Service operators approved by the Board Decision dated 24.03.2011 and numbered 2011/DK-07/146;

• Provision of users benefit from electronic communications network, infrastructure and services for a reasonable fee,
• In the aspect of promoting the usage of the service, supply of electronic communication services and encouraging of new investments,
• Provision and protection of  the open and effective competitive environment

Considering those subjects, approval in the context of Electronic Communications Law numbered 5809, 6.13 and 14 substances and, 5 and 12 of the Access and Interconnection Regulation and approval under the other relevant legislations, information about mentioned interconnection discount campaign’s extension until 2012, published within 3 (three) business days in Turk Telecom’s web page after this decision is agreed by the Board.
