Besides ‘Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010’ which can be obtained through the Turk Telekom sales channels until the deadline date of 31.12.2012, the productivity of Turk Telekom customers is aimed to be increased with additional services and software developed specifically for this campaign and located in the Additional Applications CD given as a gift within the campaign.

Wirofon Outlook Add on Specific to the campaign:
A special plug-in for Turk Telekom’s new generation value added service Wirofon has been developed that can work in integration with Outlook 2010 which is located inside Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 and has improved communication-related features. Turk Telekom customers can start sending SMS over Outlook just like sending e-mail. This add on aiming to make life easier and developed specifically for this project will be given as a gift in a separate CD with the Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010.
Kobi- Soft Client Tracking System Software specific to the campaign:
Another innovative and advantageous application designed specifically for this project created with Turk Telekom and Microsoft collaboration is Kobi-Soft Client Tracking System. This software developed for SME and Tradesmen customers of Turk Telekom aims especially to ease the lives of SMEs and Tradesmen by acting on the principle of the user being able to keep their customers and prospects information and access these information quickly and easily when needed. A CRM software with basic features, the ‘Kobi-Soft Client Tracking System’ software that can be used by customers to track their clients’ information and communicate with them instantly, designed to allow bulk SMS so the businesses can easily perform their advertisements and announcements, is given as a gift inside the same CD as Wirofon to the customers taking advantage of the campaign. Works only on original Windows platforms.

Additional Applications CD gift specific to the campaign:
A CD has been created with the special content prepared for this project and will be given to the customers participating in the campaign. With the automatic screen that will open when the CD is inserted to the computer, our customers will have the opportunity to examine the content of the CD with the free software, manuals and links and they can also install the software.

Application or sales channels
In order to take advantage of this campaign, it is sufficient for Turk Telekom customers to visit the Turk Telekom SME Sales Channel dealers themselves.
Terms of Application
- The campaign can be assigned on a subscription basis, meaning as a “User Feature” over the phone. The same customer can benefit from the campaign for multiple subscriptions in different addresses.
- Our customers on Is Standard Line and Is Advantage tariffs can also take advantage of the campaign.
Validity period
The campaign is valid until 31. 12. 2012.
Limitations
- To be Turk Telekom corporate customer
- Being paying the bill for the line to benefit from the campaign regularly for the past 3 months
- To not be on the suspicious creditors list
- To apply for the campaign between the start and end dates for the campaign
- To be making the purchase over Turk Telekom Sales Channels and with installments on the Turk Telekom phone bill
- Can be purchased with Is Standard Line and Is Advantage Tariff
- The retail value (at current price) for the products is 560,50 TL (five hundred and sixty lira and fifty kurus) VAT included, for the Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010 package, in the event of leaving the campaign for any reason, if no payment has been made regarding the Products, the whole price stated as current value (Total Campaign Price), if installment payments have been made regarding the product, the amount left after the paid amount is subtracted (Partial Campaign Price), will be charged from the customer.
Fail/ Faulty Product
- In the case of faulty and defective product, liability belongs to the producer. In such cases, the customer will be directed to Microsoft communications line 4446787.
