Campaign of Speed Increase in Leased Lines from Türk Telekom

The specifics of the Campaign of Speed Increase in Leased Lines, which will be active between 01 April 2010 – 31 July 2010, are given below:

  • The campaign will be available for retail and wholesale customers who receive Leased Line services in the speeds of 128 Kbit/s, 256 Kbit/s, 512 Kbit/s, 1 Mbit/s or 2 Mbit/s with both ends functioning on the TDM network.
  • The customers who decrease their line speed within the campaign application period will not be able to benefit from the Campaign.
  • Line speeds of the customers applying for this campaign will be doubled against a subscription commitment for 18 (eighteen) months, and the monthly fees for the speeds before the speed increase will remain valid.
  • In the event that Customer's line is cancelled or the subscription is terminated due to any reason before the end of the commitment period, the fees that have not been charged between the date of the speed increase and the date of the termination/cancellation will be collected from the Customer (the difference between the fee that corresponds to the new price in the tariff for respective period(s) after the increase of speed, and the fee that Customer continues to pay).
  • There will be no line preparation fee or connection fee for lines, for which the speeds will be doubled.
  • Customer’s line will be priced on the basis of the applicable tariff corresponding to the speed on the end date of commitment after the conclusion of the commitment period.
  • Customer retains the right to request a transfer of the Leased Line Service received from Türk Telekom to another location within the borders of Turkey. In the event that Customer makes such a request within the term of commitment after the speed increase, then the request in question will be fulfilled within the bounds of possibility.
  • If the Customer terminates the subscription of Leased Lines due to the inability of Türk Telekom to provide the service in the target location of the transfer on a constant basis due to technical difficulties, than the fees that have not been charged to Customer will not be collected.
