As a result of Board Decision of Information and Communication Technologies Authority (Authority) dated 14th. July 2010 and numbered 2010/DK-07/418, present “Turk Telekom Reference Local Loop Unbundling Offer”, which is not a consequence of Turk Telekom’s free will and submitted to prevent any administrative or penal sanction by the Authority is published with this reservation of Turk Telekom to save for all Turk Telekom’s demands and rights to sue.
