July 2010 and numbered 2010/DK-07/417, present “Turk Telekom Reference IP Level Bitsream Access Offer”, which is not a consequence of Turk Telekom’s free will and submitted to prevent any administrative or penal sanction by the Authority is published with this reservation of Turk Telekom to save for all Turk Telekom’s demands and rights to sue.
