December 2011 and numbered 2011/DK-07/629 , 28th December 2011 and numbered 2011/DK-07/666 present “Turk Telekom Reference Leased Line Offer”, which is not a consequence of Turk Telekom’s free will and submitted to prevent any administrative or penal sanction by the Authority is published with this reservation of Turk Telekom to save for all Turk Telekom’s demands and rights to sue.
