Our Board’s proposal regarding the dividend distribution has been approved at the Assembly General Meeting held today. Accordingly, gross dividend pers hare is TL 0.4542035 and net dividend per share is TL 0.386073. Dividend distribution shall begin on May 24th, 2010.
