September 17, 2010 Dated Regulatory Disclosured - Competition Authority's Approval of Invitel International Acquisition

Upon our Company’s request for approval of Türk Telekom’s acquisition of Invitel International AG and its subsidiaries, AT Invitel GmbH, Invitel International Hungary Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarsagag and S.C. EuroWeb Romania SA, which are currently under control of Invitel International Holdings BV, Competition Authority of Turkey has decided to approve this operation and this decision has been published at the Authority’s website. After the approval by the related authority, no other authority’s approval is necessary hereafter. Türk Telekom will start all the necessary procedures and acqusition process will be finished within the shortest time. Our Company will evaluate the process and disclose it after the related decision is notified to our Company.
