As a result of Board Decisions of Information and Communication Technologies Authority (Authority) dated 10th.Oct. 2008 and numbered 2008/DK-07/573, present “Turk Telekom Reference IP Level Bitsream Access Offer”, which is not a consequence of Turk Telekom’s free will and submitted to prevent any administrative or penal sanction by the Authority and updated with the Board Decision of the Authority dated 27th. Oct.2009 and numbered 2009/DK-07/554, is published to save for all Turk Telekom’s demands and rights to sue.
