Türk Telekom Eczanen Burada Service Brings the Closest Pharmacy to Your Telephone

Türk Telekom Eczanen Burada (Your Pharmacy is Here) service by Türk Telekom instantly gives information about the closest pharmacy registered in the service. Türk Telekom customers using the service are directed to the closest member pharmacy within a 2km-radius and to the closest pharmacy on duty during evening hours and weekends/holidays.

Turkey’s leading communication and convergence technologies company Türk Telekom has launched its Eczanen Burada (Your Pharmacy is Here) service, which helps its customers connect to the closest pharmacy or pharmacy on duty. The service, from which all pharmacies with a business phone can benefit, has been launched in İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir.

Calls placed by customers using the service are directed to the closest member pharmacy within a 2km-radius during days, and when the systems fails to find an available registered pharmacy, to the pharmacy on duty. In the evening hours or weekends and holidays, they are directed to the closest pharmacy on duty. When the telephone line of the closest pharmacy where the call was directed is busy, the call is then directed to the next closest pharmacy or pharmacy on duty.

Türk Telekom’s 0 800 445 50 50 Eczanen Burada service is offered free of charge to all Türk Telekom customers.
