Volume Based Discount

FUNDAMENTALS OF VOLUME BASED DISCOUNT IMPLEMENTATION:

1. Those Operators who are entitled to Volume Based Discount by the Institution of Information Technologies and Communication and signed "Volume Based Discount Standby Contract" with Turk Telecommunication A.S will benefit from the services to be included within the scope of the contract, on condition that they use these services for their own infrastructure and transmission needs only.

2. The Operator, who signs the contract, will accept and acknowledge to pay the minimum Discount Based Monthly Payment Amount that corresponds to the period they accepted in the contract on the Volume Based Discount Table as "Monthly Minimum Payment Amount" and to pay this Monthly Minimum Payment Amount in the event that a accrue occurs below this minimum payment amount.

As long as the Operator's total monthly payment amount is not below the "Monthly Minimum Payment Amount" within the scope of the "Volume Based Discount Standby Contract" signed, the discount rates will be implemented without any penalty payments.

3. The monthly amount based on the Volume Based Discount will be the total amount that is charged for the Operator's monthly use of the current tariffs for all Domestic from Point to Point Data Services (Rental Circuit, Metro Ethernet, TTVPN, ATM, Frame Relay, xDSL, etc.) received from Turk Telecommunication A.S. The discount rate to be implemented for the Operator will be determined considering this amount ant the period of contract given in the Volume Based Discount Standby Contract and the amount that occurs after deducting the discount to be calculated with regards to this rate will be reflected to the Operator as monthly invoices.

4. In the event that the Contract is terminated by the Operator, all discounts implemented within the scope of Volume Based Discount Standby Contract will be received from the Operator, including the legal interests retrospectively.

5. Volume Based Discount application will be implemented within 1 (One) month after the approval is obtained from Institution of Information Technologies and Communication, for Operators that sign Volume Based Discount Standby Contract with Turk Telecommunication A.S, including the month in which the respective contract has been signed and including the 2 (Two) months discount retrospectively.
