Once you use the Turk Telekom Answering Machine service for free, you will be informed of your messages even if you are not around your phone.
Missed calls of all individual PSTN subscribers, who don't have any call diverting, are being diverted to Telesecretary service (if it call is not answered till 5th ring) for free. Customers, who would not like to use the Telesecretary service, may cancel the service easily by dialing #22#. Automatic call diverting will not be made for customers, who have cancelled the service. Once the diverting process has started, TT Voice Mail system of Türk Telekom will begin and enable the caller to leave you a message. Once the message has been left, your fixed phone, which you have associated with this service by the system in certain periods, can be called and you may be informed about the voice mails left, and besides, you can call the Voice Mail Center no. 0 800 500 06 06 for free and access your messages with your password. The password is set as 1234 as standard. You can call 0800 500 06 06 and "change password" from the Personal Settings menu.
In order to make a call-divert for your telephone, enter the coding of the diverting you wish.
In your fixed telephone, for the call diverts when engaged;

Your incoming calls are diverted to your Voice Message Box when your telephone is engaged only.
In your fixed telephone, for the call diverts when it is a miscall;

Your incoming calls are diverted to your Voice Message Box if there is no answer after your telephone rings for 5 times.
In your fixed telephone, for the call diverts in any case;

can be dialed.
Your telephone will never ring and all of your incoming calls are directly diverted to your Voice Message Box.
You should enter #60# for the call-divert cancelation when engaged, and #22# for the call-divert cancelation when it is a miscall, or #21# for the call-divert cancelation in any case.
Like the Standard Message Box, it provides you to listen to the messages left for you at a later time when your fixed telephone is engaged or if you do not answer the telephone. Additionally, you can store your messages with the Extra Message Box, or send message, create your own welcoming message, and utilize the call-back and personal reminder services. Upon your demand, you can be informed of your messages located in your message box through your email or SMS as well.
You can utilize our Personal Reminder Service, which provides you to receive a call by the calling of the system at a specified time due to various reasons such as waking up, or reminding a certain event (meeting and etc).
After listening to a message left for you, or without listening, you can call back in accordance with the telephone number of the message sender through the connection installed in the system.
You will have to apply to Turk Telekom in order to utilize such services that are full of privileges when compared with the Standard Message Box.
Once you make the application, the private message box assigned to you is associated with your fixed telephone number. After diverting your fixed telephone to 0800 500 10 10, the TT Voice Message Service of Turk Telekom will respond to the calls incoming to your telephone defined in the system, and it will provide the caller to leave a message to your. After the caller leaves a message, just as you can be informed for the stored voice messages through being called by the system from your fixed telephone number defined in the system at certain periods, you can also listen and manage your messages by calling the Voice Message Center with the number 0 800 500 10 10.
The caller can be welcomed with a private message that you will create, just as he/she can be welcomed with a standard message created by Turk Telekom.
A 2 MB (approximately 17 messages, 30 sec per each) is assigned as a standard. The capacity can be increased upon request. A monthly fixed price is collected according to the capacities of the message boxes.

Making a call-divert from your fixed telephone is established as in Standard Message Box. However, the call-divert number is 0800 500 10 10.

You can only choose one of the message box types designated above for each telephone (Individual, Professional), and you can only choose one of the concerning capacities of the message type.
Additionally, you can demand changing your message box types and capacity preferences. Your new preferences will be valid in your next invoice period.

Making call-diverts and cancelations of the call-diverts for your fixed telephone is established as in Standard and Extra Message Boxes. However, the call-divert number is 0800 500 12 12.
Only Individual Messaging subscribers can utilize Integrated Messaging and Receiving & Storing Fax Message services.
