It is an application that allows the charging of the calls that you make from your cell phone or computer that is connected to the internet over the tariff of your own home telephone tariff, no matter where you are in the world. There is no need for SIM card in order to make calls via Wirofon.

Wirofon service is presented to usage via two different platforms, as Wirofon Cell Phone and Wirofon Computer.

Wirofon Cell Phone

By connecting to a WLAN network with your WiFi compatible cell phone, you can make calls to any direction over the tariff of your home telephone. There is no need for SIM card or GSM operator subscription in order to make calls via Wirofon.

Cell phones that support Wirofon service:

Nokia E Series: E51, E60, E61 i, E63, E65, E66, E70, E71, E75, E90
Nokia N Series : N79, N80, N81, N81 8G, N82, N85, N95, N95 8GB
iPhone: Apple iPhone, Apple iPhone 3G and Ipod Touch
Samsung: Samsung Omnia
HTC: HTC Touch, HTC Touch Viva, HTC HD

By connecting to the internet with your computer, you can make calls to any direction over the tariff of your home telephone via Wirofon Computer. You are going to need earphones and a micropohone to talk.

Minimum system requirements for using Wirofon Computer application:

• Windows 2000 or follower operating systems
• 400 MHz Pentium or above
• 256 MB RAM or above
• Sound card
• At least 256/64 Kbps ADSL connection

It is suggested that earphones and microphone are used for better sound quality.

Charging

No subscription fee is charged for Wirofon service.

All the calls that you make via Wirofon are charged over the tariff of your home telephone to which you are subscribed. In other words, it is charged according to the location and the tariff of the home telephone service that you own.

From abroad,

• In case you call the city in which your home telephone is present, local tariff;
• In case you call a city other than the city in which your home telephone is present, interurban tariff;
• In case you call a country other than Turkey, abroad tariff is going to be applied.

For example, if the home telephone in which you utilize Wirofon service feature is in Istanbul, in calls that you make via Wirofon when you are abroad:

• your local tariff when you call a home telephone in Istanbul,
• your interurban tariff when you call Ankara,
• your abroad tariff which is valid for calls from Istanbul to foreign countries when you call a country other than Turkey is going to be applied.
